Studio48 Accommodation - located a short drive to the CBD and Tauranga's local attractions.

Experience the best of our beautiful city from our cosy one bedroom Studio accommodation. Situated in the convenient suburb of Maungatapu this is a space you will be happy to come home to with its tidy decor and tasteful furnishings.

Studio48 is located on the ground floor of our two storey home. It is completely self-contained with its own separate entrance. The open plan kitchen, living and dining has an abundance of natural light and provides enough space for a small dining table and room to lounge or watch TV. The separate bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with crisp white bed linen. The bathroom facilities offer a shower, toilet and washing machine. 

Outside there is a small private courtyard that leads out to a large in-ground swimming pool for your enjoyment in the summer months. This can be accessed down the side of the house. We also have a small paved area at the front of the house with a patio table and chairs for our guests. The sun streams into this area and it is a nice little spot to have brekkie. Local amenities are a 5 minute walk and these include a dairy, takeaway store, liquor store, pharmacy, hair dressers, French cafe, petrol station and more, or take a short stroll to the water's edge. Should you wish to expand your sight-seeing, being close to a main arterial route provides easy driving access to the many attractions Tauranga has to offer.

Facilities

This is our family home. We do live upstairs and therefore will be sharing common ground with our guests. These include the swimming pool, driveway and backyard. The Studio is not sound proofed so sometimes you can faintly hear that there are other people in the house, however we are very mindful of this and it has not been a problem in the past. Our neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. We would appreciate no parties and ask that any visitors you have, to please park on the road. No smoking and no pets. We ask our guests to please leave the holiday home tidy when vacating, with the dishes done and rubbish placed in the bin outside. We have a cleaning service that will take care of the bedding, kitchen, bathroom and vacuuming when you leave, so no need to make the beds.
